Dealbazaar (SMC-Private) Limited provides a secure and streamlined onboarding process for merchants who wish to integrate our payment gateway and API services. These terms outline the eligibility requirements, documentation standards, integration guidelines, and operational responsibilities for all merchants joining our platform.
1. Eligibility Criteria
To qualify for onboarding with Dealbazaar, merchants must:
Be a registered business with SECP or hold valid sole proprietorship documentation.
Provide a valid CNIC of the authorized signatory.
Maintain a bank account titled in the business or proprietor’s name.
Offer legal products or services in compliance with Pakistani law.
Not operate in restricted or high-risk sectors such as gambling, narcotics, unregulated forex, or adult content.
2. Required Documentation
Merchants must submit the following documents during onboarding:
SECP registration certificate or valid business proof.
CNIC copy of the owner, director, or authorized representative.
Bank account maintenance certificate (same-title).
Official company letterhead.
Utility bill or tenancy agreement for address verification.
Website URL, product list, or service sample for review.
Dealbazaar may request additional documents based on the merchant’s risk profile or business model.
3. Technical Integration Guidelines
API credentials, sandbox keys, and documentation will be provided after approval.
Integration must comply with Dealbazaar’s API, tokenization, and webhook standards.
API keys must be securely stored; unauthorized sharing may result in suspension.
Integration should be completed within 14 days unless an extension is approved.
4. Operational Responsibilities
Merchants are responsible for customer service, deliveries, and managing their own refund policies.
All merchant policies must meet Dealbazaar’s platform requirements.
Dealbazaar reserves the right to audit merchant activities for compliance and service quality.
Settlement timelines (e.g., T+1 working day) will be finalized during onboarding.
5. Suspension and Termination
Dealbazaar may suspend or terminate merchant access under the following conditions:
Evidence of fraud, illegal transactions, or platform misuse.
Excessive disputes, complaints, or chargebacks.
Failure to maintain updated business or compliance documents.
Breach of operational or technical integration requirements.
Instructions from regulatory or legal authorities.
Dealbazaar may update these terms periodically. Merchants will be notified of changes via email or platform alerts.
